Now, you have downloaded a ISO file, SO you need to burn it before you can install Ubuntu into the system. Here are some guides to Burn the ISO on to a DVD.
To install Ubuntu from a DVD, you first need to burn the downloaded ISO image onto a DVD. This requires:
- A working DVD burner (i.e. R/W drive)
- A blank DVD. (recent Ubuntu versions do not fit on to CD any more)
